Instructional design, for me, is all about collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders. My job begins with listening. By connecting with people, I can identify the gap and use both my creative background and learning expertise to help employees and companies reach their full potential. My goal is to help businesses achieve a measurable outcome, whether that be in streamlining systems for onboarding or saving time and money by addressing an issue before a problem arises.

 

I love to learn, and I lead with empathy in any project I'm given. I thrive on schedules and timelines, and have professional experience balancing multiple long-term projects and initiatives at once.
